This course will give you a framework to organize fascial research and a theoretical basis for myofascial release.
What you will learn
The Pelvic Girdle is central to balance and function of the entire body. Fascial strain in the legs, trunk or pelvis itself can create compensations, movement dysfunction and lead to pain. These imbalances can be the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction even though they are a distance from the site of pain.
This course aims to give the clinician a frame work for understanding (myo)fasical tissue dynamics informed from the current science, clinical reasoning skills and effective treatment techniques. Treating the pelvis from a fascial perspective, is a powerful tool for any manual therapist.
